Central Michigan Care, Inc. seeks to onboard a full-time BCBA that is detail oriented and has strong organizational skills. Ideal candidate should be compassionate, adaptable, patient, loyal, honest, and kind. Candidate should aim to achieve client and staff retention and overall team performance.
Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
Conduct required assessments (ABA assessments, FBA assessments, Social Skills Solutions, Vineland etc.)
Develop individualized, research-based behavior programs.
Analyze data and measure client progress and adapt programs as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interventions.
Maintain consistent, reliable schedules with clients.
Train and manage behavior technicians to assure quality implementation of services.
Be available to support Behavior Technicians in overcoming challenges and answering questions as needed.
Work closely with clients and their families and provide parent trainings as needed.
Provide on-going support to behavior technicians.
Collaborate with local agencies, colleagues, parents and schools to ensure interventions are implemented across settings.
In person and in home supervision.
Report to the Director.
Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests), client intake.
Maintain all accounts including, but not limited to CAQH, Availity, Simple Practice, provider credentialling for insurance companies, etc.
Maintain all pertinent certifications and licenses for the state of Michigan and BACB.
Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Conduct regularly scheduled in-service trainings throughout the year.
Supervise staff seeking BCBA certification.
Adhere to the ethical guidelines of the BACB.
Acts in a professional manner with clients, families, staff members and colleagues.
Minimum of 28 billable hours per week.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Master's degree in applied behavior analysis
BACB certification required
Current State of Michigan Behavior Alalyst Licensure
Certified to be able to supervise BCaBAs and QBHPs
Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in providing ABA services
Experience in leadership and supervision
Meet the physical requirements of the position: able to lift minimum of 40 lbs, bend, twist, sit on the floor, stand and move quickly
Pass all pre-employment screenings.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Familiar with special education laws and regulations
