Job Title: Part-Time HR Generalist

Location: Muskegon, MI
Hours: 20-24 hours per week, Semi-Flexible
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time HR Generalist to join our client's team in Muskegon, MI. This role is essential to smooth operations, ensuring efficient labor management and effective handling of HR-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:

1. Time and Attendance Management:

   • Oversee time and attendance for different divisions.
   • Manage payroll processes on Mondays and Tuesdays, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

2. Labor Management:

   • Coordinate to ensure proper staffing levels in all areas.
   • Handle a small scope of contract labor, including collaboration with internal teams.
   • Manage production staffing needs.

3. Office Hours and Floor Traffic:

   • Assist with walk-ins and respond to employee inquiries.
   • Provide ad hoc HR support as needed.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on employee relations.
• Proven ability to handle various HR tasks independently.

Preferred:

• Experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Proficiency with UKG (highly preferred).
