Overview of the Administrative Assistant role:

  • Administrative Support to office and sales team
  • Document control for regulatory reports and other reporting duties
  • Sales support, customer service, tracking vacations
  • Tracing expenses, travel and credit cards

Preferred Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant Role:

  • Must have very strong computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Reliability, promptness, and a professional attitude are necessary
  • High school degree minimum: additional degree or certifications are a plus
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online is a plus!
