Position Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our team! In this role, you will perform vital duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, and delivering a variety of materials, equipment, and supplies. If you have a passion for logistics and teamwork, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete shipments by processing and loading orders.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment and warehouse machinery to facilitate tasks.
  • Schedule, move, weigh, stock, receive, and pack inbound and outbound warehouse products.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently.
  • Utilize JDE, RFS, and RF technology for inventory transactions and shipping.
  • Bring raw materials to work centers as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory levels and conducting inventory counts.
  • Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and inventory management.
  • Inspect products for damage and completeness.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation.
  • Adhere to 5S standards to maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Experience driving powered industrial equipment is a plus; certification preferred.
  • Ability to interpret work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical and clerical skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects.
