Neurology/Pediatric Opportunity - Saginaw, MI
Central Michigan University (CMU) College of Medicine and CMU Health, in conjunction with Covenant HealthCare is seeking a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Neurologist to join the Pediatrics Department. This position is best suited for candidates who are at the assistant or associate professor level, but all ranks will be considered. A leadership role will be considered for those with the requisite experience; all faculty are appointed through Central Michigan University College of Medicine. CMU Health sponsors eight residency programs including pediatrics. Our academic faculty consists of qualified professionals who are dedicated to undergraduate and graduate medical education and providing excellent care to the communities we serve. This role includes resident and medical student education.
CMU Health in partnership with Covenant HealthCare is building a pediatric residency program and the complementary pediatric specialties. Our combined efforts focus on providing care for both the pediatric inpatient service and the ambulatory setting. We serve patients from a large geographic region of over 20 counties. There is a vast primary care referral network to support this position. Candidate must be able to obtain a Michigan license and be interested in scholarly activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ambulatory outpatient service as well as inpatient consults. There is a favorable call schedule and the opportunity for EEG and sleep study interpretation is also available. This opportunity provides flexibility to fit candidates into the appropriate setting for the success of the program as well as the development of the candidate.

- US BE/BC in Pediatrics
