Job description

Seeking Qualified Candidates - Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related required. Must have a LPC or LMSW with a MCBAP certification (or development plan) for a CAADC and CCS Certification. Must have 3+ years of experience in substance abuse treatment in a Supervisory/Management role.

We seek a Clinical Director to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the daily clinical operations for multi-site substance use disorder treatment provider.

Responsibilities:

_1. Provide educational and supervisory services for our Clinical Team_

2. Experience and knowledge of direct behavioral health services, including assessment, treatment, and consultation.

3. Knowledge of, and ability to, apply counseling and diagnostic theories and techniques to a full range of diverse client populations as well as co-occurring disorders.

4. Program development, data, and performance management experience.

5. Ability to build strong teams to meet performance goals.

6. Supervise Primary Therapist for individual supervision and conduct group supervision for Group Therapist.

7. Provide monthly training to all clinicians and monitor clinical metrics of all programs.

8. Responsible for clinical reports due to various funding sources.

9. Recruit, employ, supervise with the HR Manager.

10. Direct staff meetings and clinical team meetings.

11. Travel to all clinical sites.

12. Take calls after hours to assist Clinicians in our 24/7 facilities.

12. Approve timecards and vacation requests.

13. Other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements

Master Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field required. Must have a LPC or LMSW with a MCBAP certification (or Development Plan) for a CAADC. Required CCS Certification.

Experience/Requirement

Minimum 3 years of experience working in substance abuse treatment in and Supervisory/Management role. Exceptional communication skills required (verbal and written).
