SHIFT DETAILS:
Monday - Friday 12-hour shifts, shift times are TBD and client is flexible with hours.
Job title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Summary The candidate will work as a Maintenance Supervisor overseeing maintenance operations in an industrial facility. They will manage a team, develop maintenance schedules, ensure equipment is maintained to high standards, and implement long-term strategic plans to enhance productivity. Even Simpler: The job is for someone who leads a team to keep machines and equipment in a factory working well and safely. This person makes schedules for fixing things and plans how to make everything run better.
Skill Requirements
Must-Have:
Proven experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and logic controllers
Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and machine prints
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations
Preferred:
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience with PLEX software
Familiarity with both hydraulic & mechanical press up to 2500 tons, CNC mills, air compressors; bonus if familiar CO2 lasers & fiber lasers
Skill Education
Hydraulic: Knowledge of fluid power systems used in machinery.
Mechanical Press: Experience with machines that shape materials using compressive force.
CNC Mills: Proficiency in computer numerical control milling machines.
Air Compressors: Ability to maintain devices that convert power into potential energy stored in pressurized air.
CO2 Lasers/Fiber Lasers: Understanding of laser technology used for cutting or engraving materials.
IATF/5S Lean Manufacturing/Safety Standards/Environmental Standards: Familiarity with quality management systems (International Automotive Task Force), workplace organization methods (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
Schematics/Technical Drawings/Electrical Systems/Logic Controllers: Proficiency in reading blueprints for troubleshooting electrical systems involving programmable controllers.
Requirements
Educational background of some sort
Prior experience in related field

Pay Details: 30.00 to 38.00 per hour
