As the Plant Manager you will

• Design and execute strategies that boost productivity while keeping costs, schedules, scope, and quality in balance.


• Offer hands-on leadership, providing guidance and feedback to help employees enhance their skills and ensure weekly performance goals are achieved.


• Manage daily operations to ensure production schedules are met and equipment is functioning efficiently.


• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts to ensure high levels of shop-floor productivity, machine utilization, and overall profitability.

To be qualified you will possess

• 6+ years of experience in die-cast die and plastic injection molding.


• Proven success in a managerial role.


• CNC Programming experience a plus.


• Bachelor's degree a plus
