Job Title: Agronomy Dispatcher

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Agronomy Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and logistics, with excellent communication and multitasking skills. As an Agronomy Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of agronomy products and services to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Dispatch Coordination: Schedule and coordinate the delivery and application of agronomy products and services to client locations.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and field staff, providing updates and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Logistics Management: Manage the logistics of transportation and inventory for agronomy products, ensuring optimal routes and efficient use of resources.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and client interactions using company software systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed during dispatch and delivery operations.

Qualifications:


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in agronomy, agriculture, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics role within the agricultural industry is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency with computer software and dispatch systems.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with agronomy products and agricultural practices is a plus.
  • Attributes: Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
