Responsibilities Millennium corporation is seeking an Actions Officerto support a program in Warren, MI. The ideal candidate must have an active Secret Clearance. The Actions Officer will: Provide program information, analysis, and recommendations to leadership for program action and decisions Execute the tracking of activities and assume responsibility for calendar management of senior officials. Coordinate and facilitate recurring staff meetings. Prepare, review, staff, transmit, and electronically store on government owned systems, agenda, briefings, papers, tasks, minutes, calendars, action items, and other program related documents. Prepare required presentation materials for on-site and off-site events. Conduct detailed planning, coordination, and synchronization of program management activities. Act as primary interface between the PM, PEO leaders and staff, ASA (ALT) leaders and staff, and other stakeholder organizations Manage the assigned program calendars, coordinate, and schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, transcribe and distribute meeting notes and action items to meeting attendees, provide the status of action items, reports, and other assigned tasks, and electronically store the material from these engagements on the PEO GCS Portal Utilize new collaborative technologies to facilitate work in a virtual environment and to assist the customer's understanding new business practices so they can collaborate in a complete telework environment. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Logistics, Quality, Production, or other related field from an accredited institution. Five (5) years of experience coordinating and collaborating the management of complex DoD engineering or technical programs, and coordinating military acquisition programs (preferably ground combat vehicle systems experience). Preference for those that have worked as a program coordinator or action officer for the Army or within a DoD environment. Five (5) years' experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat. Active Secret Clearance Business Development Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
