Job description

Our client, Reckitt, formally Mead Johnson Nutrition, is seeking a QA Analyst/Batch Record Auditor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, have food or pharma backgrounds preferred, and experience in a manufacturing environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst/ Batch Record Auditor

Location: Zeeland, Michigan

Pay Rate: $25/hr

Day Shift Hours - Monday through Friday with occasional need for overtime. 40 hours a week.

This position is contracted through Manpower.

What's the Job?

  • Responsible for the completion of QA's HACCP and Risk Based audit of production batch records.
  • Monitors due dates to ensure audits are completed within the allotted timeframe.
  • Responsible for the filing and organization of records so they can be easily accessed for future use in investigations or audits.
  • Maintains master lists of records and tracks data for metric reporting.
  • Documents the completion of audits in GLIMS.

What's Needed?

  • General knowledge of manufacturing processes and be able to engage with personnel to secure information to fulfill job duties.
  • Candidate should understand GMP and Food Safety principles.
  • General knowledge of Quality tools (control charts, sampling pans, capability assessments)
  • Must be detail oriented, flexible, organized, and self motivated.
  • Demonstrate accuracy, independent judgement, work well alone, and with cross functional teams with little oversight.
