Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description - other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.

• Supervise production activities to meet quality, safety, productivity and efficiency standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts.
• Monitor the open order report.
• Review production records for completeness and accuracy.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Train and develop production team members to ensure they meet required standards.
• Monitor performance, give recognition and take corrective action when necessary. Conduct performance reviews in a timely manner for all direct reports.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintains time and attendance records.
• Other tasks/functions as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of AWS guidelines.
• Welding certification
• Microsoft office, CAD or Solid Edge. MRP/ERP systems
• Knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures.
• Ability to read and understand prints.
