Dental Hygienist

Our beautifully remodeled, private dental practice in Chaska is searching for a Dental Hygienist to join our talented team! West Lakes Dentistry has two well-established practice locations that focus on patient education and empowerment. This position would be for the Chaska location only. Preferred experience:
License to administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide
Ability to co-treatment plan with DDS and provide comprehensive Dental Hygiene care
Possess sharp clinical skills including but not limited to capturing diagnostic x-rays, diagnosing/treating periodontal disease, engaging with KPI's through Dental Intel, ability or interest in completing sleep apnea and occlusal assessments, and providing options on preventative solutions for caries prevention and management
Have a deep interest in continuing education and up to date on current treatment modalities in Dental Hygiene

Areas of practice:
General Dentistry: esthetic crown, bridge, implant and composite restorations
Prosthodontics: removable, fixed, all on x cases
Orthodontics: Invisalign
Oral surgery: implant placement, extractions, bone grafting
Cosmetic Dentistry: veneers, Anterior Smile Design, in office whitening, full mouth rehabilitations
Periodontics: strong periodontal program, gingival grafting
Facial Esthetics: Botox
Sleep Apnea Therapy

Smile design software

5 op layout

Hours:
Tuesday - Thursday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
flexible schedule design can be discussed further in interview process

Compensation & benefits:
$50-75/hour based on our unique compensation model
