Job description

Description:

Are you an analytical person who thrives in a consistent and predictable work environment where you verify and validate information with at-hand resources? Do you make decisions carefully and prefer to work within processes and procedures? Would others describe you as a strong problem solver? If so, we are looking for you!

Fenix Group SPC is seeking to hire a full-time Production Associate to help us fill containers of finished coatings products.

We offer a competitive wage and an excellent benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a health savings account (HSA) with company match, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid time off & holidays.

Get To Know Us

At Fenix Group, our mission is to transform, enhance, and protect surfaces. We manufacture specialty paints and coatings for a variety of OEM and contractor markets across our three nationwide locations. Just like how the Phoenix rebirths out of the ashes larger and more powerful each time, we are undergoing a transformation to improve our processes and procedures, implement automation and technology, and create efficiencies throughout our operations. As a small company with approximately 150 employees, we are committed to our core values of reliable, can-do, curious, team player, and passionate.

A Day in the Life of a Production Associate

You'll spend your evening filling 1-gallon, 5-gallon, & 55-gallon containers and drums with finished goods. This process includes reviewing the order ticket on an electronic scanner device to determine the container size, fill amount, and type of filter to use, attaching the correct pump or hose, plus filling and palletizing the containers.

What You Will Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPC

  • To be able to move and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • A passionate and positive can do attitude and willingness to learn. We train our Production Associates onsite on our processes and procedures.
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus
