What's involved in this role:

We are looking for a Milk Intake Operator in Le Sueur, MN.

The Milk Intake Operator serves as the initial point of contact for product arriving at the production facility and is responsible for coordinating incoming product, performing quality testing, and ensuring that processes are properly executed with appropriate documentation. This position has mastery over all functions of the intake bay areas.

• $20.54/hour
• $1.50 Shift Differential
• Double Time on Sundays and holidays
• 2-2-3 Rotational Schedule
  • 5:00 am - 5:00 pm

What you need to join our team:

• Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Complete general cleaning of area, wash down bays, walls and complete general cleaning as needed.

• Understand and comply with all Quality Assurance policies, immediately reporting any potential food safety issues to management.

• Clean lines.

• Wash inside of trucks

• Load and unload trucks.

• Weigh in and weigh out trucks.

• Assign trucks to appropriate intake and loading bays.

• Track loads.

• Stock supplies.

• No experience required; in house training provided
• Willingness to learn and work as a team
• Desire to grow with a stable company

Le Sueur, MN

• Our presence in Le Sueur, MN, consists of the following facilities: Le Sueur Cheese, Le Sueur Ingredients, Le Sueur Protein Research Center and the Le Sueur Business Office. Our cheese facility produces various types of cheese, including cheddar, monterey jack, asiago, fontina, parmesan and romano. Our ingredients facility runs various whey streams, including; whey protein isolate (WPI), whey protein concentrate 34 (WPC 34), whey protein concentrate 80 (WPC 80) and both pharma and food-grade lactose.
