gpac is partnered up with a firm that is looking for an Experienced Civil Project Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Provide direction and leadership
  • Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget by monitoring
  • Cooperate with the team to form a plan
  • Create and maintain a safe/secure job site environment
  • Train new members
  • Coordinate the preparation of the schedule and long term planning
  • Manage schedules between subcontractors, schedules, and activities

Requirements/Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
  • May have Facilities or Engineering Management
  • Minimum of 3 years in Civil Project Managing
  • Excellent communication with customers, subcontractor, supplier, ect
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Proactive in efforts to get the work done effectively on the field
  • Knowledge in basic software, mechanical, electrical or communication systems
