Job description

Seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 3 years of experience for a prominent regional law firm at their Minneapolis office.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in corporate law
  
  
  
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities laws, and general corporate law principles
  
  
• JD from accredited law school
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Licensed to practice in MN
