Job description

• Only qualified Digital Analyst candidates located near the Minneapolis, MN area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

We are seeking a qualified Data Analyst to assist with support data strategy, analytics support, behavior analysis and omni channel measurement for assigned line of business. The Data Analyst will manage large data sets, providing information-based decision logic and translates modeling/analytic output into understandable/actionable business knowledge, insight and applications. The qualified candidate should demonstrate strong technical/problem solving skills with the ability to support multiple projects collaboratively. The Data Analyst will produce business strategic results dashboards, create ad hoc reports, target audiences, for websites, mobile apps, social media, email, and on-line search initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling

  • 3-4 years of experience conducting analyses of digital data using modern analytics tools and skills

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience

  • 2+ years of big data wrangling in AWS, google studio or Azure environments using SQL

  • Ability to distill key insights, actions, and/or recommendations from analyses conducted

  • In-depth knowledge of company operations and processes, with ability to articulate these processes to others

  • Build strong relationships & communications with colleagues, as well as influencing customers on recommendations

  • Experience with web or mobile analytics tools such as adobe analytics, adobe customer journey analytics

  • Experience working with big data in a data lake environment

  • Equal parts business acumen and data literacy to be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical business partners

  • Time management and ability to reprioritize projects

  • Ability to create stories with data and actionable insights

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics or similar field

  • Experience working on digital data ingestion and curation for data lakes

  • Familiarity with data visualization software such as PowerBi or Tableau

  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Alteryx or DataIKU

  • Familiarity with web development technologies such as Java script tagging and HTML.

  • Familiarity with report automation technologies such as Adobe Report Builder, and configuring data feeds to automatically update reports

  • Familiarity with Voice of Customer analytics tools such as Qualtrics
