Lead Software Developer

Hybrid No sponsorship Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

We're seeking a Lead Developer to enhance our client's operations platform. This unique role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the strategy and development of critical applications. Strong collaboration skills are essential as you'll work across teams. You'll take ownership of designing, implementing, integrating, and deploying strategic solutions.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience building web applications using C# and React
Demonstrated experience in modern software engineering and product development methodologies, including Agile
Experience mentoring, coaching, and leading technical team members
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Clear and concise communication skills, both oral and written
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to design pragmatic solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Enterprise
