Job description

gpac, an established and family-run Search Firm is partnered with a Low Voltage/Fire Alarm Company that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Low Voltage Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fire alarm systems, electronic security systems, CCTV systems, and low voltage wiring. If you can work independently, be part of a team, are able to meet deadlines, and can work under pressure, then this is the role for you. Responsibilities:


  • Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems, electronic security systems, and CCTV systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests of fire alarm systems and components.
  • Respond to emergency callouts and repair faults.
  • Ensure fire alarm systems are compliant with current regulations.
  • Provide technical support to customers.

Qualifications:


  • 3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm, electronic security, and CCTV systems.
  • 3 years expereience (minimum) as a Registered Unlicensed Technician
  • Focus on DMP, ExacqVision, Silent Knight Strong understanding of fire alarm codes and regulations
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
