A day in the life.

As our Manager on the Management Liability team, youll monitor employee workload and capacity, lead employee hiring and onboarding, training, performance management and employee development. This role provides ongoing feedback to employees, holds regular communication with employees, including 1:1s and department meetings.

Our future colleague.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelors degree and/or 10 years insurance experience including strong knowledge of management liability lines from an agency or underwriting perspective required.
Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.
Excellent written and verbal communication (public speaking is required).
Prior success and experience in managing change in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management and peers.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

Previous management experience preferred.
RPLU or equivalent preferred.
