What you'll do as a Washer Setup and Run:

- Set-up and operate punch presses and support equipment

- Perform operations such as blanking, bending, punching, and forming based on blueprints

- Read and understand blueprints, routing sheets, and work instructions

- Measure completed work and use shop math to verify conformance to specifications

- Maintain production efficiencies of 80% or greater once trained

Work Experience

The preferred candidate should have:

- Experience in metal stamping industry

- One year of manufacturing experience

- Understanding tolerances such as +/- .005

- Strong command of English language

- Proficient with basic computer skills
