Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the global accounts payable process for all organizational entities.
• Ensure precise and timely processing of vendor invoices, adhering to accounts payable policies and accurate general ledger classifications.
• Communicate with vendors, update tax forms, and oversee invoice management.
• Collaborate with management to expedite invoice approvals and resolve related issues promptly.
• Manage the annual tax reporting process for the organization.
• Partner with senior accountants to advance accounting practices and reporting.
• Develop and maintain weekly cash reconciliations for designated entities.
• Monitor cash flows and provide funding recommendations as needed.
• Maintain intercompany reconciliations and assist in preparing monthly intercompany invoices.
• Review and approve Travel and Entertainment expenses monthly, contributing to periodic reporting to management.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize processes and suggest enhancements to policies.
• Assist in conducting annual entity audits and participate in budgeting activities as required.

Qualifications:

• Associate's in Accounting with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical accounting skills, especially in accounts payable and taxes.
