Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Production Operator / Warehouse Associate
Position type: Fulltime/Contract to hire
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: New Ulm, MN
Onsite role
Shift: 2nd shift: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 3rd shift: (Sunday night through Friday morning - 11 PM to 7 AM CST)
Alternative Shifts: it would change every week (1st - 07:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 2nd Shift - 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM) or 3rd shift ( Sunday night through Friday morning - 11 PM to 7 AM CST).
As a Production Operator / Warehouse Associate you will:
- Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance to applicable procedures.
- Performs all quality checks in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Responsible for stocking raw packaging materials for items to be packaged.
- Accurately record production data.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range : $20.00/hr - $21.50/hr .
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
