Project Manager Capital Projects needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Scientific's client located in Red Wing, MN.

This position is for a major food processing company and is looking for candidates with Project Management experience, as well as experience in executing projects in a processing facility.

Schedule: Monday Friday. 1st shift.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Red Wing Minnesota Facility with Capital Project work including, but not limited to, the following:

• Ensuring safe execution of all work.
• Ensuring compliance with all company and Facility specific rules, requirements, and policies for their and any work they manage or supervise.
• Adherence to all Capital Project Policies and procedures during the planning, scoping, approval and execution of Capital Project work.
• Execution of multiple (3 to 5 are anticipated currently) $500K to $2M Capital Projects that are currently at various stages of development (from ideas to fully scoped and ready for approval).
• Work with the site staff to develop larger site improvement projects that are currently concepts/ideas. These project primarily are focused on feedstock and product storage, unloading and loading of same, and traffic flow at the site.
• As needed support site operations staff with other activities that arise. While not the primary focus of this position, assistance with operations related items. may also be requested.

Qualifications

• Soft seed processing experience preferred but not required.
• Technical degree (engineering preferred but open to others depending upon other experience)
• Project Management experience (PMP preferred but not required).
• Experience in executing projects in a processing facility.
• 5 to 15 years of relevant experience.
• Local or regionally close to Red Wing Minnesota is preferred.

Pay rate: $95.00 - $107.00 per hour depending on experience, W2.
