Your Role in Our Success:

As a Building Material Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include prospecting clients, estimating material needs, conducting job site consultations, participating in preconstruction meetings, and managing projects. You'll be part of a team dedicated to upholding our values and delivering the highest level of service.

Key Accountabilities:

- Meet or exceed sales and gross margin targets.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan.

- Identify and secure new business opportunities.

- Implement the company's sales process effectively.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

About You:

The ideal candidate is driven, committed to personal growth, and thrives in an independent work environment. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management are essential. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are key.

Minimum Requirements:

- Associate's Degree or Certificate in Construction Management OR equivalent experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

- Ability to pass a pre employment screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in outside sales.

- B.S. in Construction Management OR equivalent experience.

- 2 years of experience in Project Management or Estimating.

- 2 years of experience in construction or related trades.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
