Volt is immediately hiring an Entry-Level-Procurement Project Coordinator in Maplewood, MN for a well-known industry leader. This is a Hybrid role, would prefer candidates in the MN area.
This is a first shift, Hybrid, full-time contingent opportunity.
As a Procurement Project Coordinator you will:

• Collaborate closely with external vendors and internal teams across Enterprise Supply Chain, Division R&D, Division Product Leads and Legal to collect, organize and report regular status updates

• Vendor & Internal Teams Communication:
  • Request, gather and organize purchased product specifications
  • Follow-up with stakeholders to ensure timely and adequate response
  • Initial review to determine completeness of data
  • Follow-up for missing information
  • Share project tracking and progress with leadership
  • Communicate concerns, roadblocks, and risks that have been identified

• Data Management/Documentation:
  • Update tracking tools with information on progress, gaps, risks and other key metrics
  • Review and ensure that the submitted data is stored in the tool and organized by division, plant, vendor or product
  • Collaborate with the project team to integrate existing data into internal systems and tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• HS with experience or 2 year degree required
• Basic understanding of product and/or supply chain EHS/ESG, at least one year of related experience
• Experience with the basic Microsoft Office suite of tools
• Experience with online databases preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team-oriented mindset with high productivity, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn, as this position will likely support multiple, separate but related activities

Estimated Duration up to 24 months.
Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
