What you'll do as a Machining Supervisor:

- Develop CNC programs for production runs

- Analyze drawings to determine dimensions and cutting tools

- Modify existing programs for different machines

- Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues

- Maintain tooling database

Work Experience

The preferred candidate should have:

- 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

- 5 years of CNC and relevant machine operating and programming

- Ability to read drawings and job specifications

- Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, GIBBS Cam, etc.

- Knowledge of general shop procedures and safety precautions
