Job Title: Material Handler - 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Shoreview, MN

Pay Rate: $22/hr

We're on the hunt for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Material Handlers to keep our production lines moving! You'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.

What You'll Do:

• Keep the Flow Going: Operate pallet jacks to move inventory like a pro from the warehouse to production and back.

• Fuel the Production Lines: Make sure our production lines are always stocked with the materials they need to keep up with demand.

• Stay Organized: Stage and arrange supplies at each production line, setting the pace for smooth and efficient operations.

• Be the Bridge: Communicate between production and warehouse teams to coordinate the movement of stock and supplies.

• Tackle the Day: Take on a variety of tasks to keep the warehouse running like a well-oiled machine.

What You Bring:

• Confidence in your English skills for clear communication.

• Basic computer know-how for data entry and inventory tracking.

• The ability to do basic math for job-related tasks.

• Physical strength and stamina-standing for most of your shift and lifting up to 40 pounds without breaking a sweat.

• Flexibility to reach, climb, squat, kneel, and bend as needed.

What's Great to Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a mix of work, education, and military experience.

• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production or warehouse setting is a plus!

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
