Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a diverse portfolio of privately-held clients, providing expert tax planning, compliance, and consulting services. Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns for privately-held clients.
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to optimize clients' tax positions.
  • Assist in managing client relationships and expectations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop solutions to tax issues and provide insights on tax strategies.
  • Stay current on tax laws and regulations, and communicate changes to clients.
  • Mentor and support junior staff in their professional development.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance, preferably with privately-held clients.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
