Requirements:

• MN License
• Minimum 1 year experience
• EPIC experience
• Chemo, ONS/ONCC
• BLS

Shift: Days (0700 or 0800 start times)
Ratios: 1:3
Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required
First-timers accepted: Yes
Weekend REQ: May pick up weekends from staff at ANW.
Certs REQ: BLS, Chemo, ONS/ONCC
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float amongst three metro cancer infusion centers, at United, Abbott Northwestern and Mercy Hospital.
Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes
Locals accepted: No- must live >100 miles from facility.
Pending License accepted: Yes.

Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.
Special Requirements:
Work Setting experience required: Infusion Center, Outpatient Oncology
Chemotherapy experience required: Administration of Chemotherapy, Body fluid handling post chemotherapy, Continuous infusion of chemotherapy, IV push admin of Chemo, Management/disposal Cytotoxic Spills, Recognize/Communicate abnormal lab values
IV Therapy/Infusions Experience Required: Accessing ports, Administration of coagulation factors, care and management of ports, central line blood draw, Central line/implanted line care, infusion pump management, intravenous hydration/multivitamins, PICC line care
EPIC experience required
