  • Oversee tax reporting for fixed assets across companies, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage acquisitions, sales, taxable distributions, and investment activities, ensuring meticulous financial accuracy.
  • Handle accounting for international offices, including tax returns, financial statements, and audits.
  • Prepare and file various US Census Bureau and state reports, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Collaborate with external entities for miscellaneous tax returns, offering innovative solutions.
  • Convert foreign currency data into US dollars, integrating seamlessly into financial systems.
  • Efficiently manage leases, and reconcile lease expenses.
  • Reconcile payroll bank accounts and ensure financial operations comply with rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business/Accounting.
  • A solid understanding of GAAP Principles and proficient knowledge in Tax Accounting.
