JOB DESCRIPTION

TRIA physical therapy coming to Somerset clinic in partnership with the newly branded TRIA Physical Therapy at Stillwater. This position will be employed by Lakeview Hospital and will be split 3 days/week at Somerset and 2 days/week at Stillwater with opportunity to grow practice fully at Somerset in future.

Our outpatient physical therapists provide direct patient care to adolescent, adults and geriatric populations. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore and maximize patient's functional ability, independence, sports/work participation and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned. This role will work between both Stillwater and Somerset locations.

Work Schedule:

40 hrs weekly / 1.0 FTE - Days. This position will work between Stillwater and Somerset locations.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program
Current license with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
Current license with the Wisconsin Board of Physical Therapy
Current BLS - American Heart Association or BLS - American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
Good customer service and patient care skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient generalist practice setting
Recommend membership in related professional organization
EPIC experience
