Occupational Therapist - Willmar, Minnesota

Skilled nursing facility - Occupational Therapist.
Full time position projected at 35 hours/week in a SNF setting.

Your Role
Patient-Centered Care : Assess and treat patients in Willmar, MN. that includes SNF setting. Home health is also a possibility based upon interest level and SNF needs.
Documentation : Maintain comprehensive patient records.
Program Development : Plan, market, and create innovative Occupational Therapy programs.
Effective Communication : Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
Education : Conduct in-services for fellow staff therapists.
Department Support : Assist in the department's overall operation and supervise COTAs in accordance with state regulations as necessary.

Qualifications & Benefits

Requirements
Bachelor's (B.A., B.S.), Master's (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy.
Graduate of a certified Occupational Therapy program.
Possess or be eligible for state licensure.
