The Sales & Operations Planning function within Raytheon is responsible for driving schedule alignment with finance, factory operations, program operations, and supply chain stakeholders on an integrated demand plan that provides the basis for assessing long-range plans (LRP). S&OP gives programs, supply chain, and factory value stream leaders the ability to come together and make strategic and tactical decisions about how to collectively run their businesses to optimize customer satisfaction, financial performance, and risk mitigation on LRP. This provides visibility through a long-range planning horizon to ensure plans are sufficient to plan the labor, equipment, facilities, material, and financial investments required to achieve business goals. This role will support the Advanced Products & Solutions Strategic Business Unit (SBU), and is responsible for understanding current and forecasted business, key business financial and planning objectives, supporting assessment of supply chain and factory risks, and providing analytical support to assess different planning options to establish mitigation plans as needed to achieve the long-range plan. This role may work onsite in one of the following locations: El Segundo, California, McKinney, Texas, or Forest, Mississippi. What You Will Do: Facilitate regularly scheduled Sales & Operations Planning inputs, analysis, and meetings which includes demand planning, supply planning, consensus between functions and stakeholders
Lead collaborative, action-based constraint mitigation discussions with cross functional teams
Enable data-driven discovery to collaborate with key stakeholders for business decision making
Create and deliver management presentations to various levels of senior leadership
Collaborate internally and cross functionally to simplify and drive overall efficient and effective process execution
Data mine, extract, compile, interpret, visualize, and communicate data-based recommendations on large & complex data sets leveraging multiple business systems / tools
Facilitate collaboration between systems/data information teams to identify improvement opportunities leveraging data to drive improved forecasting and constraint visibility.
Partner with functional groups to identify and implement improvements to grow maturity of the S&OP process
Stay informed of industry trends and developments by continuous learning and proactively promoting emerging methodologies
Utilize knowledge of balancing supply and demand to create and maintain executable schedules and identify risks
Lead projects, programs and process improvement initiatives
Evaluate end-to-end planning and identify constraints, risks and opportunities
Mediate discussions between stakeholders with varying incentives Qualifications You Must Have: Minimum 10 years in engineering, operations, supply chain, analytics and/or similar role.
Experience using MRP/ERP systems such as SAP
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Experience in relevant role such as production, material program manager, program operations, manufacturing or other similar type role.
Qualifications We Prefer: Experience in materials planning, supply chain, program operations, manufacturing, or finance
Leadership experience engaging with cross functional teams
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of advanced planning tools (i.e. - Kinaxis RapidResponse)
Experience with data visualization tools such a Tableau, Power BI
APICS Certification
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 8 years experience

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
