Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Support the full lifecycle of Business Development/Capture projects
Facilitate maintaining the company's pipeline database as well as BU engagement
Conduct research, market analysis, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
Must be proficient in various CRM products as well as opportunity search tools such as Bloomberg, GWin, etc.
Reporting to the Executive Management (CEO, President, CGO) on the development of growth opportunities as well as red flags
Coordinate between all the various BU's and departments that are supporting growth
Support the development of lessons learned following completion of an opportunity by working closely with the proposal and pricing team
Assist in the creation of Company Website Content for Marketing
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
Arrange and coordinate, marketing, meetings, and events as required
Support recruiting activities during capture; Key Personnel resumes, Searches, etc.
Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external Partners
Support the development of RFI/RFP's for submission to the government REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Understanding of BGOV and GovWin portals
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Able to obtain a US Secret Clearance
Proficient in using CRM tools, Federal Opportunity Search tools, MS Word, MS XL, MS Power Point and MS SharePoint

Pays attention to detail and accuracy Overview We are seeking a Business Development (BD) Analyst to work in a fluid growth-oriented environment. BD Analyst reports to the Vice President of Infrastructure and will handle several functions supporting Business Development and Capture organization, to include performing tasks necessary to assist the team to remain organized and keep capture projects running smoothly. Support requires the ability to help solve problems quickly and make reports to management. Tasks include RFI/RFP support, Teaming coordination, opportunity research, leading company marketing activities, and ensuring internal communications run smoothly. The BD Analyst will help coordinate between Delivery, Business Units, Bids and Proposal, Recruiting, Pricing managers who are all working together to grow the company and to help ensure the smooth working of the Business Development and the Business Units. The BD Analyst will also liaison between the BD/Growth staff, internal organizations, as well as our Partner companies to help keep lines of communication open to support company growth. The BD Analyst will also use company information resources to perform market analysis on opportunities and potential competitors.
