We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Practitioner Dentist to join our team. This is a multiple doctor office where the needs of the patient always come first. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to our patients, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered. Key Responsibilities:



- Conduct routine and comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses.

- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.

- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, and other restorative services.

- Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.

- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative dental care.

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

- Valid state dental license to practice in Mississippi.

- Proven experience as a General Practitioner Dentist.

- Proficiency in dental procedures and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Preferred Skills:



- Experience with digital dental technologies (e.g., digital X-rays, intraoral cameras).

- Familiarity with dental practice management software.

- Advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, or other specialized fields.
