We take care of our team members from multiple facets including health, financial, and well-being programs: Robust health plan including medical, dental, and vision Health Savings Account with company contribution Annual Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave 401k with generous company match Training and Development Opportunities Award Programs Variety of Company Sponsored Events Requires an active TS/SCI Security Clearance Position Summary: We are looking for a mid-level Functional Specialist, with experience in production management of the assembly of print-ready files; replication of digital products and content (to include artwork); data entry into DLA's Mapping Enterprise Business System (MEBS); delivery of product masters (digitally and/or hard copy), and shipments of products to the DLA The Functional Specialist will support a team in Arnold, Missouri. Responsibilities: Weekly activity report (WAR) on all things the contractor accomplished that week.
Annual production numbers in support of the Agency Mission Resource Analysis (AMRA) report.
Weekly completion reports, STP online for Print on Demand reports and metrics for GeoDEec GEOreferencing in support of the CADRG program.
Enhanced Foundation GEOINT (FG) products DLA to the user community and partner agencies as requested. Required Qualifications: Requires TS/SCI Clearance
5+ years of relevant experience. (A combination of years of experience & professional certifications/trainings can be used in conjunction with a degree)
Digital disc (CD/DVD) replication process to include labeling, disc and packaging artwork, optical media and packaging, quality control, program maintenance and provide oversight to the disc production.
Ability to query and update ORACLE databases such as DLA Catalog, WebFLIS (Federal Logistics Information System), DLA Mapping Enterprise Business System (MEBS), Print on Demand Directory (POD), GeoSQRL.
Proficient in MS Office business software (all versions) (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, and internet browsers) and use internet and other general research tools. Desired Qualifications: Understanding of and experience with STP Print on Demand (POD) process and the relationship with DLA print on demand requirement.
Knowledge of the following regarding NGA:
Organization, Mission, Vision.
Hardcopy transition to DLA.
Master disc production process.
ST and STP standard product dissemination mission.
Safety of Navigation (SoN) products that are disseminated every 28/56 days to meet critical Title 10 SoN flight safety requirements.
