We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Dentist to join a well-established non-profit practice in the Greater St. Louis area. Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will deliver comprehensive dental services with a focus on pediatric and maternal care. This role involves working closely with a skilled anesthesiology team to ensure patient comfort during procedures, helping alleviate anxiety and improve the dental experience for young patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care with a primary focus on pediatric and maternal patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for optimal oral health outcomes.
• Collaborate with an experienced anesthesiology group to manage patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on oral health, preventive care, and dental hygiene practices.

Qualifications:

• Degree: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active dental license in Missouri or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience: Experience or a strong interest in pediatric and maternal dental care is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: Starting base salary of $900+ per day, with the potential for higher earnings based on experience and qualifications.
