Job description

Required Skills:

  • Experience managing mobile devices utilizing multiple mobile device management tools

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills.

  • Demonstrate experience with M365 and BYOD deployments.

  • Demonstrate experience with multiple mobile device types.

  • Experience in successful large scale project engagements at a state government or equivalent organizational level that utilize best security practices.

  • Minimum four years of experience managing & building MDMs

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with M365

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in deploying BYOD devices

  • Experience with architecting and configuring MDMs.

  • Experience with setting up mobile devices in an MDM.

  • Experience in configuring app protection and compliance policies.

  • Experience setting up enrollment profiles

  • Experience in deploying applications through an MDM

  • Experience in creating documentation including flow diagrams

  • Experience in developing user training using MS PowerPoint and MS Word

  • Experience in following best security practices and familiarity with the NIST 800-53 cyber security framework.

  • ADO or JIRA shall be used to record, track and resolve issues, bugs and defects.

    Deliverables:

  • Consult, Plan, Configure and Document a secure process for allowing BYOD configurations managed within the state MDM for access to M365.

  • Assist in day-to-day management of existing MDM configuration for state managed devices.

  • Assist in review, creation and upkeep of mobility related policies and profiles

  • Create and maintain documentation of system settings and configurations in Mobility Team's OneNote

  • Develop end user training documentation using MS PowerPoint and Word
