Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full Time

1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00 pm (Longer during peak seasonal demand times.)

2nd Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00pm -1:30a (Longer during peak seasonal demand times.)

Performs the necessary tasks to ensure inventory is received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately. Must be detail-oriented, accurate and able to follow directions. The position requires the ability to work well within a team and exercise good judgment in all aspects of the work. This is a physical, hands on role that drives warehouse equipment about 25% or the time.

What You Will Do:

  • Work safely in an industrial warehouse environment
  • Operate equipment as trained in a safe manner (ex: sit-down forklift, order picker, pallet riders)
  • Interact professionally with leadership and co-workers in accordance with company core values
  • Perform various functions in other departments around the building as business dictates
  • Perform tasks with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks
  • Perform tasks as trained and as efficiently as possible to meet production expectations
  • Be present for all scheduled work shifts without a track record of calling out from work
  • Perform other duties as assigned including duties outside normal responsibilities as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management

COMPENSATION:

1ST/2ND Shift: Make $40,000 or more the first year.

Shift differential for 2nd shift.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Highly motivated individuals with positive and professional attitudes that can work independently
  • Experience with Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts, Order Pickers, Pallet Runners)
  • High level of work ethic and attendance record
  • Ability to apply common sense to daily situations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods of time throughout the whole shift
  • Ability to speak and hear in order to communicate with others and work safely in the warehouse
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion
  • Ability to perform heavy work to include lifting up to 50 lbs and other heavy items repetitively all shift
  • Visual acuity to perform tasks such as reading paperwork and operating equipment safely
  • Ability to work in conditions such as high heat and/or humidity and colder winter temperatures




Compensation details: 17-19 Hourly Wage
