Larson Financial Holdings, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Pilot to operate our Citation CJ3 aircraft. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and comfortable flights for executives, clients, and team members. You will be responsible for flight planning, adherence to FAA regulations, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate the CJ3 for corporate flights, adhering to all FAA and company regulations.
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
  • Coordinate and file flight plans, considering weather, fuel, and route optimizations.
  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and security of passengers and crew.
  • Communicate effectively with ground operations and ATC to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of aircraft systems, performance, and handling.
  • Manage trip logistics, including airport arrangements, fueling, catering, and transportation.
  • Ensure compliance with all maintenance and safety protocols, coordinating with maintenance teams as necessary.
  • Stay current with all necessary certifications and training requirements.


Qualifications

  • Valid FAA ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) License with appropriate CJ3 type rating.
  • Minimum of X hours of flight time, with at least X hours on CJ3 or similar aircraft.
  • Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airspace, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for on-call assignments, weekends, and holidays.
