Job Title: Project Manager

Location: St Louis, Missouri 63131 - Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote / work from home)

Duration: 6-month contract (anticipated contract duration is for 3 years so high likelihood of extending past the 6-month initial contract terms)

Pay: targeting $50-$60/hour W2

Other Requirements: Must currently be local to the St Louis area

JOB OVERVIEW

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from definition to implementation.
• Be accountable for delivering the agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, driving key milestones and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and leadership to project resources.
• Ensure smooth change management processes throughout the project.
• Prepare necessary documentation, status reports, and budgetary updates.
• Leverage strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Utilize specialized knowledge in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in provisioning processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional project managers to coordinate needs.
• Expertise in tracking defects from testing teams and facilitating meetings with stakeholders to determine defect severity.
• Ability to lead weekly meetings to review project progress with stakeholders.
• Capable of performing preliminary issue triage before escalation to technical teams.
• Experience crafting executive-level presentations for various aspects of the project.
• Ability to operate as a hybrid project manager/business analyst is a strong plus, given the small team environment.
