As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. Serves as lead to provide expertise, innovation, digital transformation and guidance on the overall SAP Technology Infrastructure as it relates to IT and business strategies. Designs and implements systems to manage the flow of information, materials, services, and parts between a supply chain's various entities. Works to create an efficient and cost-effective network of processes and technologies that move goods and services from the source to the destination. Evaluates, develops and maintains SAP infrastructure roadmap to reduce overall complexity and increase cost efficiency. Maintains expertise in the area of SAP architecture including industry trends, strategies, and products to ensure corporate assets are optimized. Develops White Papers to document recommendations.
Provides comprehensive advice to our customers on long- and short-term opportunities for their key strategic imperatives and recommend innovations which anticipate the future direction of both business and IT stakeholders in the Supply Chain area (with particular focus on (long-, mid- and short-term Supply Chain Planning and Execution incl areas like Inventory, Warehouse and Transportation Management).
Creates strategic and tactical roadmaps charting the deployment of digital solutions while developing compelling business cases to help guide our customer's strategic decision-making activities
Facilitates workshops, gathers business requirements, maps business processes, documents customer journeys, documents high-level business requirements, and translates into specific technology solutions. Creates and maintains application roadmaps and capability maps for designated business areas.
Documents analysis of additional modules or enhancements to S/4HANA (e.g., Primavera P6 vs SAP S/4HANA, EPPM for foundational deployment, QM in SAP S/4HANA vs Solumina, OpenText OCR Tool, OneSource or Vertex Tax Engine, Concur & ConcurPay, PDMI and PEO, Wave Management in Warehouse Management, Handling Unit Management in EWM, SAP EAM). Delivers White Papers which will provide recommendations regarding additional modules, noting any timeline dependencies or risks associated and which modules or enhancements are needed to Evaluates if there is any need for purchasing any new additional licenses for S/4HANA to work seamlessly.This is a primarily remote role; however, monthly travel to Kansas City, MO will be required for team meetings, project collaboration, or other in-person engagements. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Minimum of Nine (9) or more years experience in SAP or other ERP equivalent COTS. Must have a good understanding of SAP Architecture principles, business processes in Supply chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay areas and leading practices in SAP
Experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Technology
Proven project lead experience and process management skillset with strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate complex issues and the business value of solutions
Demonstrated ability to lead requirement discussions, effort assessments, vendor evaluations, solution blueprints, delivery, document white papers, and risk evaluations.
Familiar with DoE/Federal IT architectures.This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance or higher - US Citizenship is required. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Strong Communication and Organization skills
