Our client is seeking a Credit & Collections Representative to join their team. As a Credit & Collections Representative, you will be part of the Credit & Collections Department supporting the team in Springfield, MO. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.

What's the Job?

• The Credit & Collections Representative is responsible for the collection of open transactions as well as the analysis and management of orders.
• This role will also be responsible for granting credit to new and existing customers, with a strong focus on collecting payments on delinquent accounts, and is responsible for collecting account balances, review disputes, and provide accurate information.
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to negotiate and know when to say "No."

What's Needed?

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyze and manage orders.
• Experience in granting credit to new and existing customers.
• Ability to collect payments on delinquent accounts and review disputes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide accurate information.
