Are you a talented Speech Language Pathologist or SLP Certified Fellow eager to make a meaningful impact? We're seeking individuals like you to join our team at multiple locations across the St. Louis area!

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. You will work closely with multiple disciplines treating patients with a variety of diagnosis with the ultimate goal of providing the best patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills and swallowing abilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on techniques for improving communication and swallowing
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes

-Meet and maintain productivity goals

CF Responsibilities will vary based off of license limitations and oversight requirements.

Experience
- Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience in Skilled nursing, Long term care or acute care
- Knowledge of anatomy related to speech, language, voice, and swallowing functions
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong case management skills to coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families
