A local General Contractor is looking for a motivated and ambitious engineer who is looking to kick-start a career in construction. As a Project Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic and thriving construction team that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supervising various disciplines in building and site construction

• Ensuring contract compliance and budget control

• Coordinating field activities, subcontract administration, and quality control procedures

• Leading and managing project personnel, resolving technical issues with clients, and ensuring project plans meet customer requirements

There is an opportunity to work on various projects covering multiple disciplines, from reviewing construction drawings to preparing project estimates and job cost reports. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a professional rapport with architects, engineers, building owners, installers, and suppliers.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera, and Adobe or Bluebeam

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
