A large local healthcare facility in Bozeman, MT, is looking for a Nutrition Services Supervisor to add to their Nutritional Services department. This organization prioritizes the overall patient health and experience, nutritional services are a big aspect of that.

In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of the nutritional services department, ensuring the delivery of safe, nutritious, and appealing meals to patients, staff, and visitors. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate with dietitians, chefs, and other staff to meet the dietary needs of our diverse patient population, while adhering to all food safety standards and regulatory guidelines. Essential Functions and Duties:

• Assists department leadership with broad operations
• Assist with planning, directing, organizing, monitoring and staffing the department service Oversee the daily service and performance of the nutrition service employees
• Provide and coordinate food services for patients, employees and visitors
• Ensure adequate daily staffing, timeliness and standards of service
• Maintain employee documentation, corrective action and evaluations
• Train and orientate new employees
• Actively participates in cafeteria, tray line, production, and dish room to ensure services are properly executed
• Creativity, problem analysis and decision making

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership managerial skills and experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years' Food Service experience
• Associated degree in Food Service or 2 years relevant experience preferred
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification preferred
• Currently certified dietary manager preferred
• Ability to work varied shifts
