Job description

This role will be responsible for managing all project activities for luxury custom home construction projects. This role requires extensive experience in high-end construction, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure the highest standards of quality are met.

They are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee the construction of custom luxury residences.

Description

  • Lead the day-to-day project management for luxury custom home construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality control, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop and execute construction schedules, including critical path milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure all aspects of the home construction are executed to the highest level of craftsmanship, paying special attention to custom finishes, architectural details, and high-end materials.
  • Manage communication as effectively as possible.

Profile

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • Significant experience as a Project Manager in custom, luxury construction either in Residential or Commercial
  • Strong understanding of high-end construction processes, materials, and building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing luxury residential projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to work closely with clients, ensuring their vision is executed to perfection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to maintain a safe job site.
