Job description

Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking for a Respiratory Therapist and/or a Registered Nurse for the state of Montana.Northwest Respiratory Services is a leading provider of oxygen and respiratory products throughout the Midwest and Rockies. We specialize in serving the long-term care community and oxygen dependent Veterans. As the Respiratory Therapist you will maintain and continue to build our strong reputation of customer service in the industry. You will apply your unique skill set and experience to home care and skilled nursing facility environments by setting patients up, providing comprehensive instruction, follow up and ongoing support of high technology modalities.

Job Duties:

Deliver, set up and provide instruction of home medical equipment to include: oxygen concentrators, liquid oxygen systems, BiPAP, CPAP, overnight and continuous oximetry, humidity systems, suction, tracheostomy tubes, trilogy 100 invasive/NIV, and pediatric set ups
Provide routine equipment maintenance about proper use, safety, cleaning and continuing education to clients
Schedule and conduct staff in-services of respiratory equipment to skilled nursing facilities as requested
Serve as a resource to referrals, physicians, clients and NRS staff; Assist with troubleshooting of equipment

Job Duties:

Requirements:

Current RT/RNLicense in the state of Branch location and in other state(s) as required based on territory served
Valid drivers license
Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check, and drug test
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Home care experience is preferred
